Murmur is a hosting and playback platform. Inquiries regarding the custodian of records for specific content should be directed to the individual creator or rights-holder responsible for the upload.

3. Verification of Age

Every creator warrants that all performers in their content are at least 18 years of age and that they possess valid age verification records for such performers as required by law.
